Hottinger AG's structure and size are consistently tailored towards providing the best possible advisory service for its customers. Almost all of its staff work on the client front and are in daily contact with the clientele. Their tasks include advising customers and the optimum handling of all of the tasks pertaining to the supervision and management of investments. All back-office work, such as technical transactions have been seconded to carefully selected banks in Switzerland, resulting in the company's lean management structure and thus ensuring the very highest flexibility, which is one of the important building blocks in an optimum customer support service.
In principle, Hottinger AG does not carry out any credit transactions and investments on its own account. As such, its operations will never lead to a conflict of interests between its own interests and those of its customers.
